How to Print with Normal Printer
- Download your Canva Label Template as "PDF Print" or "PDF" file
- Print on your preferred sticker paper
- Cut manually!
How to Cut with Cricut
- Download your Canva Label Template as a PNG. Make sure to download it with a transparent background (there is a box to check).
- Upload that PNG file image onto Cricut and set it as a "print then cut"
- Print out image on the sticker paper on a normal printer as PDF (steps above).
- Put your printed labels into your Cricut
- Your Cricut will cut!

Q: How do I get to my template after purchasing?
A: You will receive an email with a pdf that has a link. When you click on the link it will take you directly to the template in Canva.
Q: Can I edit images and fonts within the Template?
A: Yes, once you open the Canva template, you can edit it as you see fit. For your convenience, it may be helpful to save a copy of the template first in case you make a mistake.
Q: What sticker paper should I use to print these out on?
A: For durable and waterproof use, we recommend using a vinyl sticker paper that can withstand water. For everything else, a basic sticker paper will be fine. You can try different brands to see what works best for your needs.
Q: Will these work with Avery Labels?
A: No, these are not designed to match standard Avery Labels. We recommend printing on a full sheet of sticker paper and either cutting them out yourself or using a cutting machine such as a Cricut (follow instructions above).
Q: Why won't the link open in Canva?
A: If you're opening from a phone, make sure you have the Canva app installed. If the link does not open with a desktop or laptop, please reach out.
